  • Brad Davis


    Brad Davis is a 25-year telecommunications and technology veteran with deep experience in corporate, private equity and early stage growth companies. He is recognized throughout the industry for his track record of creating shareholder value and developing high performing teams with a culture of customer focus. As CEO of Airwavz, Brad is responsible for day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company’s short and long term plans. He is also the direct liaison between the Board of Directors, of which he is a member and the Airwavz management team. Brad is the former President and CEO of DukeNet Communications, LLC a regional fiber optic network company. When named President during the Dotcom Crash of 2003, the business was in decline and valued at $45 million. By 2010, he led the sale of DukeNet at an enterprise value of $274 million, creating a joint venture with Alinda Capital Partners, a New York based private equity firm. In 2013 DukeNet was sold to Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum) for $600 million. Brad received an MBA from Queens University in Charlotte, N.C. in 1987, where he is an adjunct professor in the MBA program teaching operations management. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.  Brad and his wife Lynn enjoy spending time at their family cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains of VA.
  • Mark A. Horinko


    Mark Horinko is a successful telecom executive and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience in wireless business strategies, network architecture and the design and development of large-scale wireless networks. As Founder and President of Airwavz, Mark is responsible for the strategic direction, development and execution of industry-changing business models, specific to the commercial real estate community. Prior to Airwavz, Mark founded N4 Group, a strategic consultancy serving telecommunications service providers, governmental, public and non-profit entities with a focus on infrastructure gap analysis and identifying investment opportunities in emerging global markets. In 2001, Mark co-founded and served on the executive team of Conterra, an access broadband provider delivering carrier-grade wireless broadband infrastructure to rural schools across the U.S.
  • Shawn Kocher, CPA

    Chief Financial Officer

    Shawn Kocher is a senior financial executive with over 25 years of hands-on leadership experience developing a unique mix of accounting and strategic change management skill sets. Shawn is accomplished at developing relationships with and maintaining the confidence of CEOs, Presidents and Board Members. Shawn Is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Airwavz. Shawn recently served as Chief Financial Officer for a high-growth provider of technology-enabled outsourced services where he oversaw all financial aspects of the company as it grew to a $50 million business.  Shawn has also served at a Big 6 public accounting firm, and at various private industry and at publicly-traded companies.
  • Chris Zack

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Chris Zack is an experienced technology infrastructure executive with a track record of scaling business development organizations and securing investment rights for wireless infrastructure. As Chief Revenue Office of Airwavz, Chris is responsible for strategic development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives that support Airwavz’s continued explosive growth and expansion into new markets in the commercial real estate sector. During his more than 20-year career, Chris has held various sales and development roles with some of the most recognizable brands, including Verizon, AT&T, SBA Communications, ExteNet Systems and Mobilitie. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Cardiopulmonary Science from Northeastern University.
  • Tom Fabbricatore

    Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Network Operations

    Tom Fabbricatore is an experienced Telecommunications veteran CIO and Business Operations leader with over 25 years of executive management experience. Most recently Mr. Fabbricatore was the founding partner for a CIO Advisory and software development consultancy called InFluent Solutions. His expertise and leadership have helped numerous telecommunications clients transform their operational and business support systems. As Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations, Tom is responsible for Airwavz Information Systems and Network, Customer and Business Operations. Prior to founding InFluent Solutions in 2011, Tom served as senior vice president and CIO for Deltacom Inc / Earthlink, a publicly-traded telecommunications service provider. Prior to joining Deltacom Inc, in 2007 Tom served as the Chief Information Officer for US LEC, where he was able to transform and re-align the company’s Operational and Business Support Systems. Tom’s industry experience spans numerous transformational and evolutionary events in the Telecommunications industry all with rapidly growing and publicly-traded companies. His background includes a broad range of responsibilities from Sales and Sales leadership, to business operations and Information Systems. Tom holds a BSBA from the University of Florida and has attended Northeastern University’s Data Communications program in Boston, MA.
  • Joseph Perrigo

    Vice President, Construction Management

    Joseph Perrigo is a 17-year telecommunications and construction management veteran, having most recently served as Director of Commercial Construction -€ East for Charter (formerly Time Warner Cable). As Airwavz'€s Vice President of Construction Management, Joseph delivers strategic direction on all commercial construction activities including meeting financial performance and operation objectives. Joseph serves in a hands-on role, working closely with vendors and partners to build Airwavz wireless infrastructure platforms within confined timelines while minimizing impact on building owners'€ and tenants'€ day-to-day business. Joseph previously served as Managing Director of Deployment and Construction at DukeNet Communications, based out of Charlotte, NC, prior to being purchased by Time Warner Cable. Prior to DukeNet, he worked within Duke Energy in the telecom and nuclear power divisions. Joseph is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Belmont Abbey College Business Administration and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
  • David Herran

    Chief Commercial Officer

    David Herran is a forward-thinking strategist and visionary technology professional who has directed the acquisition and management of complex technology infrastructures to drive growth and revenues during his more than 15 years€ experience in the wireless and telecommunications engineering market. As Vice President of Technology and Architecture at Airwavz, David is responsible for defining and implementing the Company's technology and architecture roadmap including addressing next generation technology decisions to ensure the company is supported and positioned for growth. Most recently, David served as director of Product Management, Carrier Services at Charter Communications (formerly Time Warner Cable Inc. and before that DukeNet Communications) where he assessed new opportunities, managed product roadmaps and provided life cycle management, for the Company'€s  mobile backhaul line of business. During his tenure at DukeNet Communications, David held various management positions including Vice President of Network Architecture and Technology Planning and Director of Product Development. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, earned his Master of Business Administration from the McColl School at Queens University of Charlotte and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). David is married with two daughters and is an active member of many Charlotte community organizations.
  • Bonnie Newell

    Vice President of Real Estate Partnerships

    Bonnie Newell is a telecommunications veteran and serves as Airwavz' Southeastern Regional Real Estate Director, ensuring our customers understand how in-building wireless infrastructure will help their business, while supporting deployments and providing support through the process. Prior to joining Airwavz, Bonnie was a founding member and served as the managing partner of Berkley Group LLC, a tower development company working with carriers and municipalities and landowners to develop wireless infrastructure. While there, Bonnie focused on the importance of local community needs while placing wireless communications sites. She has served as Zoning and Project Management Consultant for BellSouth Mobility DCS, and Site Acquisitions Manager for AT&T Wireless. Through her development of positive relationships with municipal authorities and neighborhood groups, Bonnie has been instrumental in the successful development of more than 1,500 communications sites during her career. A graduate of Clemson University, Bonnie and her family reside in Davidson, NC where they are active members of their community.
  • Ron Proleika

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Ron Proleika is a long-time telecommunications and technology marketing executive with deep experience in demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, brand building, marketing communications and content marketing. Ron serves as Vice President of Marketing/ CMO at Airwavz and is focused on developing strategic and tactical programs to further the company’s brand and value proposition. His prior marketing leadership experience includes executive-level marketing roles with Time Warner Cable Business Class, DukeNet Communications, Windstream Communications and Alltel. Ron is a graduate of the University of Florida and earned his master’s degree at the University of South Florida. He is married with three children and resides in Charlotte, NC.
  • Jeff Funderburg

    Vice President of Real Estate Partnerships

    Jeff Funderburg currently leads the Real Estate Partnerships function for Airwavz Solutions. His most recent projects include development activity to support wireless deployments at multiple iconic venues, partnerships for venue owned cellular systems, and management of several in-building installations. Mr. Funderburg’s experience includes more than 20 years in wireless communications, business systems development and network finance. Through his work at AT&T Mobility, Communication Technology Services, and Verizon Wireless, he has developed in-depth expertise in wireless network implementation, cost of service management, strategic partnerships, and organizational transformation. Mr. Funderburg excels at strategic planning, building high-performance teams and partnership programs. His proven areas of expertise include, wireless solutions development, sales, marketing, organizational development, post-merger integration and cost reduction strategy. Mr. Funderburg makes his residence in Chicago and enjoys, golf, coaching youth football, reading, and community development projects.

    Vice President Carrier Relations and Client Operations

    David Saab is responsible for developing and maintaining multi-level and multi-functional relationships with major mobile network operators. Prior to joining Airwavz, David was with Selective Site Consultants in Overland Park, KS where he served as Vice President, Business Development. David earned his bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University .

  • Michael Olmstead

    Director of Real Estate Partnership, Denver

    Michael anchors the mountain west in our Denver office, and brings an energetic and highly personalized approach to delivering results for building owners in this booming part of the United States. Prior to joining Airwavz, Michael served as a Broker-Tenant Representative at Cushman & Wakefield for seven years, and has worked as a Software Consultant for NFP Securities, Account Manager for Curtis & Associates, Inc., a Market Manager at KForce, a Director of Tournament Sales for Deer Creek Golf Club, and Vice President of Sales at MoJoe Distributors.   • JD Jeske

    Director of Real Estate Partnerships, Southeast

    JD serves as an integral partner for boutique and large portfolio owners alike, with industry experience in both technology and real estate, he works with landlords to understand and improve their wireless infrastructure to attract and retain tenants and remain competitive amongst peers. Previously JD was Head of Atlanta for WiredScore, which is the internationally recognized certification for Smart Buildings. JD also holds industry experience at Avison Young's Atlanta office specializing in tenant representation with a focus on technology and start-up clients. He was also with CBRE in the Washington, DC market in both brokerage and property management roles. JD is a member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Buckhead Business Association.     Crystal is based in Orange County, California and is a business development professional inspired by new and challenging projects.     Director of Real Estate Partnerships, South Central U.S

    Perry is based in Houston TX and is responsible for developing strategic relationships in commercial real estate for Airwavz, enjoying a fruitful career in both commercial real estate, wireless communications and energy prior to joining the team. Perry has previously served as Account Executive, Strategic Growth & Broker Partnerships at WeWork in Houston. There he was responsible for launching and maintaining broker partnerships resulting in dramatic contract value and occupancy increases. Prior to his role at WeWork, Perry held positions with AT&T as Senior Marketing Manager and Spark Energy as Director of Sales.   • Danielle Boukedes

    Director of Sales Operations & Customer Management

    Danielle Boukedes is a 20-year telecommunications sales executive. A highly-effective communicator, she excels at establishing relationships with vendors and employees in all levels of management as she plans, prioritizes and manages complex projects within budget and established timelines. As Director of Sales Operations and Customer Management at Airwavz, Danielle is responsible for achieving salesforce effectiveness and productivity. She oversees all aspects of planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales development as well as client and vendor contract management. Prior to Airwavz, Danielle served as Client Services Manager and Client Senior Account Manager at Time Warner Cable and DukeNet Communications. During her 13-year tenure, she was responsible for selling and supporting the companies' major national wholesale and carrier accounts, identifying the needs of customers while forecasting for growth and managing orders and contract validations. She was also the main point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting. Danielle resides in Cornelius and is an active member of the community.
  • Jay Cutler

    Regional Director, South Region

    Jay Cutler has more than 32 years of highly-skilled telecommunications expertise and the interpersonal communications skills to translate complex telecommunications infrastructure into real-world market deployments. As Airwavz’s Regional Director of the South, Jay is responsible for project management of the design and installation of Airwavz’s wireless infrastructure platforms, negotiating with carriers, manufacturers, fiber providers, integrators and property owners to complete projects and provide services and relationship management post installation to ensure satisfaction and compliance. Prior to Airwavz, Jay held multiple senior-level Radio Frequency (RF) engineering and technical positions at Lockard and White, Inc., Sprint and Nextel. Jay retired from the United States Air Force in 2004 after 20 years of service and currently resides in Houston, TX with his wife and nine children.
  • Lisa Lane

    Director of Business Development, Dallas-Fort Worth

    Lisa Lane is Airwavz Director of Business Development in the Dallas-Forth Worth region with responsibilities for growing Airwavz Solutions' products and services in the commercial real estate market. Lisa has more than 17 years in business development and sales having most recently served as Business Development Manager at Graybar.  Lisa has also held positions with Future Lighting Solutions, Insight Electronics (Memec) and Future Electronics Corporation, among others. Lisa holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. Having grown up in the Dallas-Forth Worth area, she returned to be closer to family.
