January 27, 2022 – Airwavz Solutions, Inc., a provider of in-building wireless solutions, today announced the appointments of Perry Welch and Jeff Funderburg to the role of Sr. Vice President, Real Estate Partnerships. In this capacity, Welch and Funderburg are responsible for strategic development and execution of initiatives that support Airwavz’ continued explosive growth and expansion into new markets in the commercial real estate and healthcare sectors.
During their 40+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, Welch and Funderburg have held various sales and development roles with some of the wireless industry’s most recognizable brands. They have a proven track record of scaling organizations and securing investment rights for wireless infrastructure.
Throughout the course of their time at Airwavz, Welch and Funderburg have supported both the needs of commercial real estate owners and the wireless carriers. They have negotiated numerous agreements with REITs and portfolio owners for both cellular and WiFi network investments as well supporting national technology upgrades by the carriers.
